This website
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
- Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or social media trackers.
- Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
- Checkout. On the home and pricing pages, the Freemius checkout script is loaded only when you click a trial or buy button. Freemius may set cookies needed for the payment process; see its privacy policy.
When you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). We keep the conversation as long as needed for support and our records, and delete it on request when we no longer need it.
Purchases
Purchases, trials and refunds are handled by Freemius, Inc. as reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius collects your name, email, billing address and payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy. Card details go to the payment provider and never reach us. We receive from Freemius the information we need to provide your licence and support: your name, email address, plan, licence status and the sites where the licence is activated.
The plugins
- Cartnorm Omnibus Lowest Price (free) stores price history in your own WordPress database. It sends no data to us or anyone else.
- Cartnorm Pro contacts the Freemius licence server to activate and check your licence and to deliver updates. For this it sends the site address, the licence key and technical information such as the WordPress, PHP and plugin versions. Pro does not send your shop’s customer or order data.
Transfers outside the EU
We are based in Ukraine. Freemius, Inc., Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Data processed by them may be transferred to the US under their own safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
- Support emails: up to 3 years after the last message, then deleted.
- Licence and purchase records: as long as your licence is active and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Website statistics: aggregated only, no personal profiles.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@cartnorm.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.
Legal bases
- to perform our contract with you (licences, support) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- to keep tax and accounting records — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- on our legitimate interest in answering your requests and running and securing this website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
